		<description>I hope you succeed at your bid for the congressional seat.  Many people have gone into congress intending to represent their district and it&#039;s citizens.  After a short time the lobbyists bribe them into representing them instead of the people.  If you can be like Dr Paul and represent the people and uphold the constitution it would be fantastic.  We need about 500 more like Ron Paul in the capitol.  Hopefully we can make it to another election as the way it appears now, martial law could come very soon if they try to force vaccinations and take away guns.

My son Sean is a Republican Precinct Chairman in Houston.  I have told him he should run for congress, who knows, it would be possible to win.  Most voters, especially democrats have no idea of who they are voting for as is evident in the last presidential election.  Sean is very intelligent and an enthusiastic supporter of Dr Ron Paul.  I have raised him to see through the smokescreen of political double-talk and corruption  I wish he would at least try as he would work very closely with Ron Paul to do what is right for our country.   

Good luck and I hope you make it into the lions den of corruption for the fight of your life to beat these bastards.</description>

		<description>Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence?

Five signers were captured by the British as traitors
and tortured before they died.

Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned.
Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army;
another had two sons  captured.

Nine of the 56 fought in and died from wounds or
hardships of the Revolutionary War.

They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes
and their sacred  honor.

What kind of men were they?

Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists.
Eleven were merchants,
nine were farmers  and large plantation owners;
men of means, well educated;
but they signed the Declaration of Independence,
knowing full well that, if they were captured, the penalty would be death.

Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and
trader, saw his ships swept from  the seas by the
British Navy. He sold his home and properties to
pay his debts, and died in rags.

Thomas McKean was so ferociously hounded by the British
that he was forced to move his family almost  constantly.
He served in the Congress without pay and his family
was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him,
and poverty was his reward.

Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer,
Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton.


At the battle of Yorktown, Thomas Nelson, Jr. noted that
the British General Cornwallis had taken  over the Nelson
home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General
George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed,
and Nelson died bankrupt.

Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed.
The enemy jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.

John Hart was driven from his wife&#039;s bedside as she was dying.
Their 13 children fled for their lives.  His fields and his gristmill
were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests
and caves, returning home to find his wife  dead and his
children vanished.

So, please take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of July holiday to
silently thank these  patriots. It&#039;s not much to ask for the price they paid.

Remember: Freedom is never free!

My Dad tsught me this at the outbreak of WWII, when he bought 100 Dollars of silver and we buried them under the garage floor. Checkbook money, notes, bills, IOUs, gold &amp; silver are all mediums of exchange; as they age they go out of date, like last week&#039;s newspaper and are no longer current, they are no longer currency; With one exception: the Monetary metals of the ages, silver and gold, are the only mediums of exchange that are also stores of value over thousands of years, to date. 
Store of value! Dad recalled having to surrender his gold coins the year before I was born. He was still pissed off when FDR died in 1945. I never heard my Dad refer to FDR as anything but, &quot;That S.O.B. in the Whitehouse.&quot; So I had to believe Dad knew what a store of value was. Now, I know it to be true in my own experience. Lawful Money, even legal tender notes (FRN$) meet the following criteria for current money: Miscible &amp; fungible, provides standard accounting unit of value (Not a store of value, except in the very near term). 
The comparison of Money, as a store of value, to money as a medium of exchange, a transient borrowed medium of exchange at that, IMHO should be in your stump speech.
It might make a great segue to Audit the Fed, etc.
